New Delhi is the capital city of the new superpower India. This republic is one of the top-three countries on military power, along with USA and China, and New Delhi has one of the largest military areas.

Nagas, Rakshasas and Rakshasis, Scorpion men, Allus, Asakkus and other various ghosts and demons haunts in or around the city, making it very dangerous but very wanted by experienced hunters.
